to visually convey the effort the team
made to refocus our energy and
resources more on our core breach
dataset. The graph that is magnified
is simply a cumulative count of the
number of breaches in our dataset as
the years have gone by since our first
report. Long-time readers may notice
the Vocabulary for Event Recording
and Incident Sharing(VERIS)
Framework trademark honeycombs,
which are meant to convey the 4As
(Actor, Action, Asset, Attribute)
and their various enumerations.
