● The GBS model is operated,accepted,and soughtafter by an increasing majority of global sharedservices operations:
68%already operate as a GBS (typically multi-
functional and multi-regional)and an additional 16%arecommitted to moving towards GBS;so together,84%are “committed to GBS”(compared to 65%in 2019).
● SSO/GBS scope is expanding:
We now see 26 processes in scope for at least 10%of enterprises.Compared to the initial,few Financetransactional processes we started with,this marksa huge increase.In total,our research measures 42processes currently in scope of SSO/GBS,and 85%ofSSO/GBS are planning to expand their scope of worknext year.
