TikTok once again ranked No.1 by worldwide downloads for the eleventhconsecutive quarter. TikToks publisher, ByteD ance, has managed to keeptwo of its apps TikTok (No. 1) and CapCut (No.4) among the top five appssince Q42022.
CapCut has continued its globalexpansion worldwide, with downloadsgrowing to 140M in Q42022, representing a 66 percent increase from theprevious quarter. New installs remained above 130M in Q12023.
Shein’s rapid ascent continued inthe firstquarter of 2023, with downloadsreaching anew high of53M. In doing so, the app dimbed five positions inthe rankings, arriving at the llth place in Q12023.
