Through Bizrate Insights (bizrateinsights.com),CommerceNext fielded two surveys simultaneously in February 2022:the first asked consumers about the Metaverse and the second about social commerce with an emphasis on livestream shopping.The majority of respondents were female and we focused our analysis on the respondents that fell between the ages of 18 and 59 in both surveys.
